We have Chester housing authority guards here. We have great management. They go by your income for rental amounts. Montopos hills for seniors is a safe drug free enviornment. People are friendly here.

The age that is 50+ they don't have van service or any of the rms mentioned
Not sure, I have friends who live there, I think the age is 60 or older and also disabled individuals, there is an income requirement, there is a waiting list, it may be better if you contacted the facility directly, I hope this helps.
