When we moved in here we were told the "mandatory utility package" we had to pay would be $250-$275 a month. Once we moved in, it has NEVER been lower than $300, paying as much as $361 one month. When I complained to the office about this they said the sales person had been fired (which did nothing for the $100+ extra I had to pay per month to live here). In addition to this, there are potholes all over the parking lot (HUGE ones, right as you come in the North entrance). The recycling program is a joke (but it's there). There's flooding all over the courtyard when it rains. They JUST installed sprinklers after they had a fire in one of the buildings. Not to mention the fact that the shower will vary WILDLY in temperature no matter what time you're showering. And the washer/dryer they rent to you takes over 6 hours to do half a load and most of the time I have to run an extra dry cycle (another 3 hours) to fully dry the clothes. All in all, this place 1000% just wants your money and doesn't care about the quality of life of the people here once they sign the lease. The ONLY good thing I can say about this complex is that, for the most part, they handle maintenance requests made through the app promptly (with the exception of my most recent request, which has taken over a week... and still waiting). Moral of the story... while this place seems cheap to rent at first, they hide many of the costs of living here in the "mandatory utility bundle" (e.g., the $20/month pest control fee, etc.) once you're here. So remember to ASK for an ITEMIZED LIST of utilities they'll be charging you for BEFORE you sign the lease. You've been warned. POST MOVE-OUT UPDATE: Unsurprisingly, the complex has charged us the entirety of our security deposit for various "cleaning charges", including a full replacement of the carpet (which could easily have been cleaned instead). As evidence, they sent a number of incredibly low-res photos "documenting" all the cleaning they had to do. Now, I'll admit, we didn't leave the apartment in perfect shape (who can?), but to charge us our entire deposit to clean the apartment is ridiculous. There weren't urine stains or dried blood on the carpet. It was soda. Soda stains can be cleaned. AVOID STONEBRIDGE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Leasing staff is really stellar. They want to make you happy. Well worth the price. Clean quiet and great neighbors.

In moving from out of state for a job, i was quite overwhelmed with all the apartment shopping, but stonebridge made it such a breeze. Living here for 8 months now, Im so glad I chose to move here, and will most certainly be renewing when its time. From the urgency of the maintenance staff responses, to the friendliest office staff and management Ive encountered while renting, they really do go the extra mile and care about their tenants. I couldn't recommend this place more quite frankly!
