Every time the website says Appointments are available. Once we book them 10 minutes later you get call from them that It's not available. Why the website is misleading?

Scott was awesome. All issues was address and I received top service. There was no shop that was able to install the tires on the box truck on the same day but Scott squeezed me in the schedule and I was able to get back on the road. Thank you very much!

The Pep Boys was so helpful. I stopped by to get some new windshield wipers during the rain. Santo not only made sure I got the right ones, he installed them in the rain. He made my day.

While Pep Boys perfoms Lyft and Uber inspections , they do not perform emissions tests.
