Bought a bbk throttle body 85mm for my ford raptor 6.2 oct 12 they take my money $330 they send me a email 4 days later that my bank account is having issues but my money is gone I sent an email saying call me they don't then refund my money it's October 20 and no money no product they are in DeLand fl I live in Orlando FL WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER. FIRST AND LAST FOR ME

I actually ordered from BBK, which is owned by Brothers Performance. Two out of three of the calls were dealing with Brothers directly not BBK. Ongoing issues from Aug 23rd - Sept 14th. Nothing got solved. They said they emailed me something and it is not in my email. They say they called me and there are no call logs indicating such. I called the company directly 3 times. The second time and the last time I actually spoke with Gary (says he's second in command). Since it was dragging on so long I asked if they would upgrade to next day air but no dice. Gary said it was too expensive. In the meantime I'm losing business. In particular a $2,500 job. That's the profit side not the overall. Thanks a lot BBK for being such a good business and helping your customers. WAY TO GO!

Great high performance dealer. Bought long tube headers and high flow cated mid pipes at a fair price. Edgar was super helpful getting my order together. Great customer service! ***Since that post I have been waiting nearly two months for my headers! Nothing posted on my account page. They wanted me to be a distributor, are you kidding? Ask someone to purchase and wait months for delivery ? I'd lose all credibility with my customers. They are in a change of ownership to BBK. Let's hope they do better. ***
