Positive: I like the location there's a Chipotle a pizza place and a breakfast place. Negative: The walls are paper thin they gave us a broken toilet and the water pressure was very low. It took forever to wash my hands and wash my hair. Some of the outlets in the walls don't work woke up to my phone not charged.

Excellent hotel. Great service. The night that I went. The only thing that bothered me was the smell in the room, it was like mildew or something wet. If they fix that and get a quieter AC unit this hotel would be perfect.

Location is convenient. The room was passable. The shower door didn't shut properly. There is no fan in the bathroom area. The room had an pungent. I was overwhelming enough that room service should have noted it and not put someone in there. I wouldn't stay here again because of it.

This place is a fraud. I arrived late for check in and they gave my rooms away for other people. I was ok and walked away bc my wife was in a rush for her class so I cant stay there to argue w them. The manager told me to call expedia to get my refund back, BUT when expedia called them today the manager said she is NOT refund the money. I am going to dispute this transaction on my credit card company anyways. BUT guys, This is STEALING AND FRAUD. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. For u the lying manager, you better refund me or your business reputation is not gonna look good.
