Old school means SERVICE. Waiting in line FOREVER is NOT service. No one answering the phone is NOT service. Not having my order ready is NOT service. And god forbid if you get there right after they open - you'll be served last night's food. NOT SERVICE!!! Delivering my #fresh food to me in a reasonable timeframe, WITHOUT long lines, is SERVICE. I drive by, see those LONG lines, and I keep on driving by... NO ONE WANTS TO WAIT IN long LINES. Even if you don't do delivery - at least do what's needed to avoid having your customers waiting in LONG lines for at least 60 minutes. AND It's still a #PANDEMIC - no one should have to stand in your small CROWDED waiting area.

Order ahead for pick up at the door, or place your order there and wait outside. When it's not busy they're allowing two in and two out..

I go to Dwights every sat after work! Starting 2 weeks ago myself and two friends who go with me noticed that our ribs etc smelled and taz "off" and had a TON of sauce over them! We figured they had turned! Today we were gonna inform them and give them 1 more chance! We arrived to find them closed and a sign from health dept on door!! Made sense suddenly!
