I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Isaac! I am in my late 20s and was starting to see wrinkles in my forehead before I got my first Botox treatment a few months ago. I was very hesitant and nervous about the experience but Dr. Isaac was patient and answered all of my questions. The results were amazing! She also prescribed a few treatments for hormonal breakouts and my skin has not been this clear in years! A few other added bonuses about the clinic: - They are super easy to schedule with and very friendly - I am in and out in 15 minutes - Their partner pharmacy (Care Connect Pharmacy) is SO easy to work with and ships prescriptions quickly and with ease I'd definitely recommend Dr. Isaac - even if just for a consultation!

Dr Isaac and Sheeda really made my first time getting treatment the best possible experience. They answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable. Dr Isaac asked me to hold a mirror as we discussed areas of concern during pretreatment and during the botox injections. Her assistant was very also knowledgeable. I really appreciate the doctor’s attention to my treatment goals and her guidance through treatment. Highly recommended

No. In fact, it may have a reverse effect. The more time BOTOX is in effect, the less time your skin spends creased, giving wrinkles less chance to become deeply etched into your skin. Should you decide to stop BOTOX at any time, your signs of aging will resume developing at a normal rate.
Your BOTOX dosage will vary depending on your targeted area. Smaller areas such as crow’s feet may need 5 to 15 units, whereas larger areas like the forehead may need 10 to 30 units. Dr. Isaac has extensive experience with BOTOX and will recommend the right dosage to create your desired results without ever making you appear unnatural or frozen.
Yes, it is very common to have both BOTOX and fillers injected during the same cosmetic dermatology appointment. This combination addresses both dynamic wrinkles and volume loss to create a naturally rejuvenated look often referred to as a “liquid facelift.”
Yes, board-certified dermatologists such as Dr. Isaac in Washington, DC, are trained in facial anatomy and are qualified to safely and effectively perform BOTOX injections.
BOTOX treatments take as little as 10 to 20 minutes and require little to no recovery time, so they are easy to pencil into even the busiest schedule. Many people have BOTOX treatments done during their lunch breaks and return to the office right away with coworkers none the wiser.
We offer quite a few options for nonsurgical body contouring. Our most popular options include CoolSculpting® for nonsurgical fat reduction and Lutronic Accufit™ for muscle toning.
The longevity of your results will depend on the specific formulation of filler injected and how quickly your body breaks it down. With fillers like JUVÉDERM® and Restylane®, most people find their results last for up to a year.
Yes. As a board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Isaac treats both cosmetic and medical dermatology concerns. She formulates custom treatment plans for each person to care for both the health and appearance of their skin throughout their lives. Some patients have been trusting their skin to her for more than 20 years.
BOTOX®, Dysport®, and XEOMIN® are different formulations of the same type of neurotoxin: botulinum toxin A. While they work in essentially the same way, they do have subtle differences. Dysport, for example, spreads more than BOTOX, while XEOMIN contains fewer proteins. Ultimately, the best way to understand the right product for you is to consult with a board-certified dermatologist like Dr. Isaac.
Our BOTOX pricing is the same per unit no matter where it is injected. The same is true for Dysport and XEOMIN, our other popular neuromodulators. Because everyone’s needs vary, we recommend visiting Dr. Isaac for a one-on-one BOTOX consultation at our Washington, DC office to determine your accurate price estimate. Please get in touch with our office today to schedule your private consultation.

Dr. Isaac can effectively reduce submental fat (or a “double chin”) with injections of KYBELLA®, a formulation of deoxycholic acid that breaks down fat cells. Another powerful approach is CoolSculpting® with the CoolMini applicator, which is designed to fit snugly below the chin so it can freeze and destroy fat cells within the area.
Most people do not require any anesthetic for dermal filler treatments, though we always offer a topical anesthetic for those who request it. Bruising is one of the few common side effects you may expect in the week or so after your treatment. You can use makeup immediately after your appointment to cover any bruising or redness you may experience.
Dr. Isaac is both a cosmetic and medical dermatologist. At her DC office, she performs aesthetic treatments such as injectables and chemical peels as well as medical treatments for conditions such as skin cancer and acne.
Yes we do have PDO threads. We recommend a consultation to get an accurate quote and to ensure you are a good candidate.
Stretch marks can be treated with certain lasers and microneedling. There is NO way to completely get rid of a stretch mark, but it can be greatly improved by 30-50% after a series of treatments. We recommend scheduling a FREE consultation with one of our medical assistant for accurate pricing.
