No new owner....yes if you verbalize the problem they will fix it...and the cabbage wasn't good for me either.... people don't realize you don't have to cook cabbage long
No new owner always check your food before you leave I always do and if it's something wrong or not enough they will fix it and a helpful hint you may not known ask to taste the food before you order they will let you

No, not a new owner. They will put extra sauce in if you ask. I was not impressed by the cabbage either. In my opinion it was overcooked. Ribs were good as usual.
