The end product is absolutely amazing. But what I would happily give 10 stars for is the service. From the very first inquiry I was met with service, help and consideration that made this the easiest part of the process. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, timely and responsive the team here sure knows how to alleviate the pressure to ensure they have the information they need, to inform you of the best options and go out of their way with expediency and thoroughness to make it happen. Between doctors, and transportation, medication and pharmacies, Amramp sure has a knowledge that when needing to retrofit access ways, they are already dealing with a client who has been juggling a lot of balls. Thank you for not adding to that, but instead taking one ball out of rotation so I had to juggle one less thing. Great service. Great Quality, Great process. Great Team. HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend Hands Down.

We recently needed to have our ramp disassembled for a few days for other work to be completed on our house. The team at Amramp was able to schedule us for both parts of the process. Communication was unbelievably awesome, and I honestly think they can read my mind (I was going to call them within an hour, and they called me). Jamie was the easiest person to work with! When the ramp was being disassembled, we were informed that there were a few changes to how they assemble the ramps since we had ours originally installed. We were given the option to apply these improvements when the ramp was reassembled and would avoid potential damage to the front steps to the house as well as prevent the ramp from 'sinking' into the ground. They operated quickly and provided additional tips and suggestions that will improve the life of the ramp.

When I finally reached the point where I could no longer navigate stairs, I didn't know what to do. I was a prisoner in my own home and a recluse. So I finally googled "stairlifts" and Amramp was at the top of the list. I called them and it was the best thing I ever did for myself! They were awesome! The staff was professional and cordial. They really knew their business. They answered all my questions honestly and completely. Phone calls were always either answered immediately by a person or returned promptly. They helped me to decide what to do. No pressure. My stairlift was installed last week and I am extremely pleased! They gave me back my life. Thank you Amramp! I highly recommend this outstanding company!

There is a market for steel wheelchair ramps when you no longer need them.
If you move, you can take part or all of your steel wheelchair ramp with you. You can also add or shorten it as necessary.
Steel and concrete ramps will both last for ages. They will not rot like wood. Aluminum has one-third the strength of steel and is three times softer.
About 45% of ramps should be rented when they aren't needed permanently. We allow you to easily rent ramps that are convenient for short term disabilities, recovery from surgery or for special events like graduation, weddings or reunions. No minimum time or amount of ramp required.
Steel wheelchair ramps won't rot like wood. They also have an open-pattern ramp surface that allows for moisture to pass through, which will prevent dangerous ice from forming that can happen on concrete or aluminum ramps.
