TVC is in bed with the VA. VA refuses to provide treatment for service connected disability. To add insult to injury, TVC employees boast how they are receiving treatment from VA.

I understand that these people could be dealing with hundreds of cases at a time but when you email and or call, no one responds. What is their purpose if they are not tending to the Vet? They will never reach out to follow up on your claim and give you updates. Most of them are Vets themselves... I guess since they have a nice comfy job, they forget about the struggle that most other veterans have when it comes to submitting claims and winning them. Their lack of advice or tips and tricks is appalling. I've gotten most of my advice from other veterans on youtube. These people are a joke.
