I had an appointment with Dr.Anita Desai. My visit was a big disappointment. Let’s start with the waiting time, over an hour, when I arrived on time for a set appointment. When you are paying for a consultation you expect a much better service. From their website I understood that the clinic does implants and crowns. It turns out that they only do implants and not crowns. Total waste of time and money. I have a problem with two adjacent front teeth. Dr. Desai couldn’t answer a simple question as to the number of implants that she would recommend, based on my situation and bone structure. Her answer was literally: “You can place one or two implants”. Doesn’t sound like a doctor’s opinion to me! I came to her office to get a professional opinion. I paid for the visit and unfortunately Dr. Desai relied on my own wishes…“One or two”. She didn’t offer a concrete opinion as a professional.Unfortunately the consultation was completely useless.
