I've tried calling multiple times I always get Shannon James voicemail and no call back. I suffer from effects of Gulf war syndrome and I'm trying to get some help but no answer and no call back and the office said they're closed except for appointment don't know where I go from here. Zero help here

Hi Rhonda. I do not believe that this office accept any of the donations you mentioned. However, you may need to contact them to see where you can take those types of donations. Or call the Department of Veterans Affairs.
