Midline Motors
As a dealer this is the worst lender we have ever had to deal with. Sent payoff check at end of June for a mutual customer. Found out mid-July they sent the check to the wrong address and requested them to get a duplicate and get it expedited being their mistake. To get a title expedited in CA costs $11 and gets the processing time down to 2 weeks from 4-6 weeks. I've called over 10+ times and have been getting the run around and have been lied to constantly about getting a return call with an update. As of October 3rd, over 3 months later, I still do not have the title or a real update. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm at the point where I need to sue them.

They where the company the dealership used and like all my life I never had to talk with them because I paid my payments until I tried to buy my lease car. Over a week and four different people they gave me 4 different answers on how and what I needed to purchase. I was so frustrated with them over something they do 8 hours a day everyday I turned it over to my bank to deal with them and they had problems getting a fax from them. Finally I got a hold of someone and after weeks my banker got the papers in 15 minutes. Worst experience ever. I didn't expect any of the problems mentioned in the reviews but I did. Automated call system is horrible.

I haven't had any problems with them in 2 years... easy to make payments and their customer service has been helpful even though they are foreigners. Their online site could use some work and their auto payment system isn't as good as some but so far no complaints...then again I make my payments on time.

You will likely have to wade through so many people over the phone. Nobody will return call and you may spend months trying to solve this tiny issue. I'm sorry, I really hope you have better luck.

They will probably sell the truck, ehat is left they will come to you to finish paying what is due on the note
I tried to find that as well during covid. Unfortunately I could not find a place to get checks or money orders. No place to send that was open at the time.. They eventually attacked my credit for late charges even though I had the money but no way to pay them since everything was down during global covid pandemic. Finally a few months later I pay all bills and still they crushed me with three separate credit claims over $100 late I was not ever made aware of. This company is SHAT!
Call the motors finance number and wade through transfer after call transfer until maybe you get somone who is not useless? Every experience I've had with Chase has gotten worse and worse. I wish I never had anything to do with them. No matter the issue you will wait and fight and wait more. It's a disaster!
