I wasn't a patient but a former employee. They let me go over something that wasn't even true. This place is literally garbage. It is no wonder they are short staffed and can't keep enough nurses to even have the clinic up and running well. Avoid!

Horrible, today's secretary does not like her job, she treats people badly and especially Hispanics, she speaks very badly, they should fire her. Lack of respect and very rude. If you don't like working with the public you shouldn't be there.

I made an appointment for adult vaccines at this clinic for immigration purposes. U’ve called 3 times to verify with them regarding the appointment. The ladies that have answers the calls all confirmed that all l needed was a doctors order for varicella and not any other. By the way l verified if any of the doctors can order and obviously they answered yes… I show up and this lady with dark hair couldn’t allow me to explain to her what we needed. She was rude and demanded to know what the vaccines were for?! The minute l said ‘immigration’?! She went ‘no you need an immigration physical’?! I want the vaccines not her telling me what the immigration process is… further more she’s Hispanic?! You would think she would be helpful but nope we left without any help other than’ I don’t know why they made this appointment for you and it’s our policy’… I work in the healthcare but this lady belongs to another replace other than a health center… pathetic is a better statement to use on her. One day she will eat the fruits of her actions… I wish her well

How did you receive your notice for second? My mom had her first and was given a card while there with a number and date of 2/26 for second but no time. She returned today 2/26 to same location and they had gates locked. Bob bolen training center

Got a room at extended stay America at overton ridge that had bed bugs all over the room mold in the bathroom all over the walls blood on the walls on the light switch altercation which bed bugs got on me and I have stitches all over my face and would not give me a refund
