This hotel was amazing! My family and I stayed here over the weekend and we truly enjoyed this hotel. Check-in was pretty quick. Continental breakfast was available every morning. Food was pretty good. Rooms were amazing! I had 3 King Suites (2 bedrooms) and all three were spotless. Great location right across from the Metro station. Also, there was a 2 hour reception every night that included 2 free drinks per person per day. Very thoughtful! Lima was amazing, and even gifted a later check-out time due to traffic. My only complaint was parking, but that was to be expected.

The location was great, being across the street from a metro station. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is beautiful. However, I would not stay here again in the summer. The air conditioning in our room could not keep up with the humidity. Our room had a musty smell, and nothing would dry completely. We felt sticky the whole time we were in the room. We are from south Alabama and are accustomed to heat and humidity, but not inside our room.

Cocktail hour was great. Room clean and comfy. Staff very nice. Would have given 5 stars if trash cans in elevators has not been overflowing onto floor. If you don't have staff to empty cans don't put them out. Also have to ask if you want clean towels or room trash emptied. Breakfast buffet was well maintained

So far it is our 1st day BUT let me tell you Kevin was awesome before we even got here! He helped us with a lot of info about town and rooms! He went ABOVE and beyond So far and we have all week to go! Thank you Anderson for giving us an awesome welcome upon arriving early! Based on this alone we would recommend to anyone! I will follow up with the rest of our stay but I’m positive it will be awesome! Thanks again! Post departure..everything was awesome here! Can’t say enough how welcoming everyone was. Thank you for all goodies you gave my kids anytime they asked! The woman who cooks to order breakfast was great! Bartender too! Nice area to stay. Metro was across the street! Only thing I would tell families is eat early because a lot closed down by 9:00pm. Definitely worth staying at again!!
