I love it here! It’s so clean and the air conditioning is very cold however you want it. It has a very large refrigerator compared to other places. It also has a Microwave, coffee maker and a safe.

Pros: The room prices are reasonable. Complimentary breakfast is available. Free parking is available on the property. The hotel’s location is close to the highway with quick access to restaurants and the Springfield Mall. The room was clean and comfortable. Cons: Walls are thin. The hotel was full the night I stayed there so I could hear a lot of noise from my neighbors. I called the front desk the night before and requested a late checkout. I was told ok and that my checkout time was at noon. Apparently my room was not added to the list for late checkout because the cleaning crew showed up a few minutes to 11. I tried to explain to her that I had requested a late checkout but she kept arguing with me that I’m not on the list, which I found quite annoying. Like, do you think I’m lying to you? After calling the front desk (they finally answered after multiple calls), the situation was resolved.

Positive: The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the value was good. Free continental breakfast was fine. Negative: The location is okay. It is safe and has quick access to the highway and a very short drive to a Metro station. But if you don't have a car, it's kind of a tricky walk across a busy road to get to the Metro, and it's just kind of by itself.

Not the best location. Remodeled, clean rooms, but this is an old hotel. Rooms smelled strongly of cleaning solution, which permeated our clothes. Very noisy rooms; you could hear everything in the hall as if there were no doors. Front desk people were incredibly helpful and friendly. Price was good. Not a bad place to spend a night or two, but I wouldn't want to spend an entire week. No bugs, roaches or anything bad, which is not typical for a D.C. area budget hotel.
