Room was huge and we moved 3 bikes and bike rack into the room and had plenty of space for all 5 of us. Rooms were clean and no issues. Staff was very helpful. Exercise area was adequate. Very convenient to DC and museums. We would stay again if in the area.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are relatively large, beds very comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok. They do serve hot breakfast but it’s basic: oatmeal, scrambled eggs (reconstituted), Turkey or sausage. They do provide bagels, cream cheese, muffins, cereal, juice, apples or bananas (they do run out fast). However, for the price we paid, it was very reasonable. They have laundry services, and that was a bonus. Young kids spill things often, do being able to do laundry downstairs was convenient. The only thing I did not like about this hotel is that they only clean rooms every 5 days, stating COVID as a reason. I was not at all happy about this and complained, and was able to request a room refresh twice during my 9 night stay. They did provide extra towels from reception anytime we asked. Staff are very hardworking and friendly!! I’m staying at another Marriott property in NYC after this trip and they do every other day room clean, which, in my opinion, is a much better option. I hope management will take this suggestion to clean rooms every 2nd or 3rd day (and not 5 days) as part of constructive criticism to improve the guest experience. Great location, close to Huntington Metro station for our commute to DC while visiting. Uber to and from metro station was about $9 each way for our family of 4. Apart from complaining about the frequency of the room cleaning, I had no other issues. And once they worked with me and arranged room cleaning for me, I was happy and satisfied. Will definitely stay here again. Staying here was economical vs staying in DC. We saved at least $100 per day. Plus proximity to National Harbor and Mt Vernon was a plus! We used the money we were saving in hotel stay to pay for Uber trips. Hope this review helps families with young kids.

It was not clean.. I didn't receive the marriott credit for my stay. I asked this hotel and Marriott CS center using phone call and email many times. Nobody gave me the answer. I really regret to use Marriott. I am Marriott Platinum member for 4 years. I and my coworkers will move to Hilton. Good bye Marriott

The staff was great. That’s about it. The first room I received was across from the hotel’s laundry. It was extremely hot. Couldn’t get the temp inside the room below 78 degrees. The second room was better. The area is unsafe. While I was there a car was broken into and someone’s truck was stolen a few days later. People yelling all night outside the hotel, traffic and fire trucks all night, It was loud all the time. I could hear people talking in the hall and in the rooms next to me.There is large gaps under the doors so you hear everything. I wouldn’t pay to stay here. I found a roach crawling around and there is an ant problem. The guy in the room next to me was spraying bug killer around his room. He said he went a bought some. Spend your money someplace else.
