As a frequent traveler I can say Marie at the front desk was honestly one of the best front desk reps I have come across! I felt welcomed during check in and she was also able to fix a mishap I had with my room! Truly hope everyone gets the chance to meet Marie when checking in.

I've stayed here before. I will stay again. Easy check in, easy check out. Pleasant staff. Good customer service. FREE Parking! Connected to IHOP. 5 Minutes to the mixing bowl 3 -4 highway ls merge. Seconds to I-395. I would recommend.

MARIE AT THE FRONT DESK IS AMAZING!!!!! Hands down this is a hidden gem and I enjoy the staff and the friendliness upon arrival and departure. this is always where i want to stay here every time I am in town i look forward to this great staff, clean and large rooms, always going the extra yard

Staying here for nearly four weeks. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate our group and was quick to resolve issues. Marie greets us with a smile and is always ready to help. However, this morning, Marie sacrificed her own fresh cup of coffee for me when the coffee station ran dry. Talk about customer service!
