This is a review for 3rd Floor Gynecology. I arrived on time for my appointment but they were running so late that I was waiting in the exam room for over an hour for a five to ten-minute "speed-appointment" with my new OB/GYN. When I got back out to the lobby, they had completely closed down everything, leaving my daughter alone in an empty lobby. She was there alone for quite some time and scared because she had nobody to ask where I was. Would it have killed you all to alert me in the exam room and brought her back? This seriously takes the cake in the appalling level of disregard. And you people deliver babies?

first at the pharmacy the lady at check in acted like i was stupid for asking if i wait to hear my name called to know when its ready. “just sit and watch the board for your name” ok. i sit and an hour later still no name. i was trying to wait patiently and be nice since i know what its like to be busy and short staffed but i finally get in line. i let the lady know i have been here for an hour for one simple prescription and she says it “got stuck” in their production line and they will “rush” it out to me. I sit back down and this “rush” takes another 20 minutes. my recommendation is to wait in line if its been more than 20 minutes so you can double check if they are doing their job or avoid this kaiser pharmacy all together.

This place is terrible the staff is no help at all they just look at you and assume you know we’re to go and what to do. This is my first time coming here to this Location and I’m 23 weeks pregnant I hope I don’t even have to come back. By far the worst Kaiser location I have ever been to

Only 1 entrance is open in the entire complex meaning plan on a 15 minute walk atleast. Also the lady at the entrance practically ordered me to use sanitizer. No thanks. I use soap like a normal person. Wth? Also the patients are told they can't have a family member with them even if they have severe panic and anxiety disorders. I am surprised no one has sued them yet. Not allowing patients an advocate should be illegal. Its a blatant disregard for patient care. Covid is to blame they say. Oh ya? And the decades of past issues with patient care? Covid to blame there too? Geez. What a joke.Sharon, we apologize for not providing the care and service experience you expected at your visit. We strive to treat all our members with dignity and respect while ensuring our facilities are safe for all our visitors by maintaining precautions at our entrances designed to prevent the spread of disease. We will share your comments with the facility managers so that they can address your concerns. If you want to provide additional information, we would be glad to hear it. You can email us privately at [email protected]. Thank you for providing us with an opportunity to improve.

No urgent care at point west. Nearby Morse ave Kaiser hospital has emergency. Kaiser usually don't have any walk in clinics.
Yes they open everyday at 7:15am, even on Christmas and Thanksgiving .7 days a week.
Yes. Flu shots are being given near the conference rooms (in the middle of the facility, first floor). In 2020- they are (also) given in a tent in the back if the facility- in the parking lot.
I didn't at 1st either. However the entrance close to the pharmacy has a map.. So I'm guessing other entrances have maps. Sorry I know this doesn't answer directly. Hope it's of some help.
67/68 If you don’t mind walking about 3 blocks 13/23
No
Doors close around 5 or 6pm
8:15 A.M
No they don't
Yes. But at Morse Ave facility
According to kp website, Flu shot for this location available: 9/24/18 - 12/15/18 Monday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Point West MOB, Lobby - Adults and Pedi/Family Medicine
The Information I found on the internet is that there are limited numbers of the high dose senior flu vaccine available but you should contact your doctors office for this and phuemonococol shot. I would call advice line myself or ask nurses at flu station if that is easier.

No Just medical office building, pharmacy , xray, lab. Best location is Eureka Roseville Kaiser
Yes, I had to see doctor for a release back to work. This is so they have visual on you to give ok to go back to work. If you have seen your doctor recently; I believe you can go upstairs to medical secretaries and request a release to work form, fill out form, and they will call you when it is ready to pick up-hope that helps

Yes they do. I believe you have to make an appointment. Fair warning though. Read the "1" star posts on this Kaiser location.
The flu is really going around right now and is very contagious. I would call and ask your doctor.
