Kristen the front desk lady was awfully rude, my family and I our having a conversation in the waiting room of things we dislike about the place, and she rudely interrupted saying we can leave if we don’t like it . That isn’t very personal for a employee especially for Baylor Scott

Was nearly rear ended by their van driver going 90 mph on 121. Driving extremely recklessly and cutting off traffic. Called the office manager who took down my information but could not guarantee that she was going to do anything about it.

This facility does specialize in helping patients who have Multiple Sclerosis, and has been named a Partner in Rehabilitative MS Care by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. I highly recommend that you contact them to set up a consultation!
