Rowan is the utmost professional. He made solving my issue with my tire very simple and easy. He is an asset to Volkswagen, Stevens Creek. I love my 2019 Atlas. Thank you!

Service representative appeared too busy to give me updates on the repair status of my car, making it necessary for me to have to get up and ask. As for SCVW, I was hoping to use my SUNBIT financial auto repair account (that I have used with Cardinale VW), but was told that SCVW does not accept this payment program and did not have a similar program to offer me.

Drop off was very easy and my advisor explained in detail what the service entailed. He asked if I needed a ride home. Very polite!

Had the oil change done at this location with a 9:15 am appt which I booked a day before over the phone. The Check-in was uneventful except the missing coffee!! It was a harsh contrast to Lexus which served Fresh baked Persian Cookies from Bijan Bakery! I owe VW a thank you for reminding me that I don’t drive a luxury car by eliminating coffee in addition to Fresh Baked Cookies! But service was reasonably priced and the car came back clean and vacuumed which we appreciate. The car was ready in 2 1/2 hours.

I am guessing you are considering tbe Beetle. My recommendations would be to first test drive one. As for internet sales, I don't know. A good starting point would be their website. There are legal issues around selling cars online. I don't know if dealers are allowed to do that in California. If California does, make sure you do your homework first to avoid regrets. If you do go to the dealership for an in person purchase, I have had positive experiences there. They have sizeable staff, so if you don't like a salesperson, you can switch to another one.
