Not much help at all when trying to get help for warranty work

I purchased a SnugTop for my Ram1500 and have had every single piece of hardware on the camper shell break or fall off since I bought it 6 months ago. When I pay multiple thousand dollars for a camper shell I don’t expect to deal with the regular inconveniences that I’ve been dealing with. Not sure if this is a SnugTop issue or a Campway’s Truck issue or both. Every latch, lock, and nut and bolt holding these together has fallen off.

Purchased a Snug top for my f250. Nothing but problems. Nothing lined up and it leaks. Customer service is not great. I have had the shell back 4x and still not fixed. Called the factory at Snug top and they could care less if I was having issues with one of their tops . Don’t buy from Campways or a Snug top. Stick with A.R.E. Or another brand.
