This company clearly learned how to navigate the pandemic era. Instead of sending a sales person out to inspect and provide a quote for a new water heater, you are given a link to upload photos from your phone. Providing an equivalent product for much less than a competitor, the install only took a few hours and Kevin was terrific. Would highly recommend you consider R & B for appliance needs as you look for competitive quotes to consider.

Went in for a stove. A salesman greeted me as I entered and asked what I was in need of. I told him electric stove ( color and size). He showed me two in my price range and explained differences. I picked out the one I wanted and set a delivery date up (within days of my purchase). Very satisfied with my experience.

Business must be good. I went into montgomery store and wanted to buy a chest freezer. Their price was $330. I asked if they would match Lowe's price of $290. Salesman said he couldn't do that. I asked if there is a delivery fee and he said $10. I offered to buy the freezer for $330 if they would deliver it minus the $10 fee. Salesman said he couldn't do it. Can't believe in this economy they turned down a sale by not waiving a $10 delivery fee.

Call them and ask. Refrigerator delivery + take away old $69. Refrigerators run from about $700 to about $2,000 depending on what you want
