It all starts with the salsa... Fantastic flavor with a touch of heat! That's how you know if a restaurant is worthwhile. The guiso is my "go-to" plate now. The stew meat is tender and tasty, and the enchilada has my favorite Tex-Mex chili con carne sauce. This place is a great place if you need your Tex-Mex fix!

If you avoid anything that is flour based, you should be ok. All the corn based chips and tortillas would be gluten free.
