Holly was the best person to work with when we bought our home. She listened to our needs and took the time to help us find the perfect home. She is very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. She was very responsive and there for us every step of the way. Holly is very trustworthy and such a great person! She makes you feel like family. I highly recommend you work with her!

Holly sold me my 2nd house in 2019. As with the first, she was a pleasure to work with. She has a great personality and is a joy to be around. She helped me navigate the market following my divorce. I couldn't have moved on without her help. I recommend her to everyone I can so she can help them as well. While I don't expect to buy or sell a house soon, if I do though, Holly will be my first call.

Holly was an absolute delight to work with, in selling our old home and buying our new (to us) home more than 9 years ago. Communication is a key in dealing with real estate people, and Holly was professional, knowledgeable and met all of our requirements at the time. When she says she'll be there, you can count on Holly!

I could not have asked for a better experience selling our old house and buying our new one. Holly was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the entire process, and was there holding our hands every step of the way. I have recommended her many times to people looking to buy or sell. She is my go to gal if we ever buy or sell again. Thank you Holly!

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. You can do it yourself, have your real estate agent guide you, or hire a staging company.

If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
