Eddie has been our realtor for a few years now and we’ve had nothing but a positive experience with him! He’s been an integral part of buying our first home, selling that same home recently, and buying another home. Even with various hiccups and navigating the crazy market right now, he’s always been quick and responsive, explaining everything along the way and answering our questions. We couldn’t ask for anything more because he’s consistently gone above and beyond to make sure the process has been smooth. Definitely recommend!

The number one question I am asked is how to I buy a home! My answer to them is always the same, the first step to buying a home is to make sure you get pre-approved by a good mortgage lender. Buying a home needs to be a team effort and on your team should always be a good lender and a good real estate agent.
Home prices will increase every month due to the population shift into North Dallas and no one knows what will happen in 2022 with the interest rates, with interest rates at a record low, you have more buying power today than you will have next year.
I focus on what the negations, that’s my specialty, I make sure my clients have the best offer or are getting the best price in the market we are in. I will make myself available after 5 PM and weekends.
We have a team of 5 agents who work together to support our clients.
We specialize in residential, farm & ranch, land, and multifamily properties.
I like new construction because you get a warranty but on the downside you will have to wait to have the home built and have to purchase in the neighborhood, city and area that the builder is building. As for pre-owned, you can you can choose what area you want to live in and you are usually able to move in within 30 days.
Each situation is different, and this is how we approach this question. Most of the time you will need to make a few updates to get the highest yield for your home. We only recommend repairs that will add a higher net profit on the sale. Sometimes it is best to sell as is. This depends on your circumstances, if you need to sell fast because you have a job transfer or can you wait and make repairs before putting the home on the market.
We have an aggressive marketing plan, we advertise your home on thousand’s of websites along with Facebook, google, Instagram and other social platforms to make sure your home is exposed to many home buyers throughout the nation.
Yes, it is a proven fact that staging the home will faster and for more money than a home that is not staged. You want the buyers to feel welcome when they tour your home. You want them to be able to see the house as a home they vision to be theirs.
It is important that your home is ready to sell, you want your home to be free of personal pictures, make sure your home is neat and well organized, free from clutter. You want to present your home like a model showcase home. Paint the walls, deep clean the home including baseboards, garage and make sure the lawn is well maintained.
If you home is outdated, then I suggest doing some upgrades. The items to upgrade that will yield you the best return is the kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor living areas. Make sure your landscaping is well maintained and the outside of your home gives a welcoming affect.
Buyers are looking for an open floor plan with updated kitchen and bathrooms and outdoor space for entertaining.
The first thing you should do as a first-time home buyer is to get pre-qualified for the loan, make sure you have enough money for the down payment, closing costs, appraisal costs, inspection costs. Team up with a great realtor who can give you an estimate on what it will cost to buy a home and what those costs are, so you are prepared.
You should have a minimum of 3.5% for the down payment and another 3% of the home value put aside for lender and closing costs. Research in your area to see what type of first-time home buyers programs are available that you can take advantage of.
I suggest painting your interior using soft neutral tones so you will attract most buyers. Off whites to light grays are ideal.
