The people at Elite Remodeling are the best. This was a pleasant experience for me from beginning to end. My construction manager, Stephen, was especially great!

Excellent service from the day we walked into the showroom! Project was completed on time. Very professional.

We partnered with Elite to do a major renovation to our kitchen and laundry room along with coordinating the installation of new floors and moldings pretty much throughout our home. We were able to remove nearly every wall in our kitchen opening up our living space because of superior engineering! Although it took much longer than originally estimated it was worth the wait! The craftsmanship was superb the end result was amazing.

I am sure they do good work. But sales as very laid back and never really followed up after the initial reach out. I wanted to get a complete remodel of a bathroom

They are subcontractors. All of them sign a TWC subcontractor agreement form. Plus they all carry their own General Liability Insurance. Just as an FYI, almost all of our subs have been with us for years, eg our Plumber - 17 years, our crew chiefs - 17 years and 5 years. etc
Yes we do. Ours are custom built to your specifications and selections, then factory finished and delivered via truck to your home. The cabinets are then installed by our crews.
This is a tough question, but yes. When a homeowner asks about an addition, eg adding conditioned square footage whether on the ground or over a garage, I tell them they should be thinking $200 per square foot added. So if you were adding 500sf over a garage, I would suggest you think about a $100k+/- investment requirement.
Yes, we carry General Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation Insurance for our staff. We are NOT bonded as there is not any construction bonding insurance available in Texas.
Absolutely. We help our customers from ideas to finished product. We do the kitchen and or bathroom design and layout, then assist with all the material selections and placements and finally manage all the construction aspects of the project. We used 2020 and AutoCad for our designs and layouts.
For a full project on each of these areas, our experience says a full kitchen will take 8-10+/- weeks. A full master bath will take 6-8+/- weeks. And a Guest bath will take about 4 weeks. These estimates are all tied to material availability. Right now appliances are in a backlog situation with all manufactures.
For a typical GB where we convert the tub to a shower, frameless shower glass, a new vanity, sink, counter top, new toilet, plumbing, lighting and accessory fixtures, floor tile and paint/texture is roughly $18-25k depending on material selections. This also includes all design work, selections assistance and any permits needed.
For a typical MB where we build a new shower, frameless shower glass, a new vanities, sinks, countertops, new toilet, plumbing, lighting and accessory fixtures, floor tile, new tub with tile surround, tile skirt and deck, plus mirror frames and some lighting changes and paint/texture is roughly $45k-60k+ depending on material selections. This also includes all design work, selections assistance and any permits needed.
For a typical Kitchen we replace all cabinets, new countertops, new backslpash, new sink and fixture, all new flooring, new lighting in the ceiling and new lighting in/under/above cabinets, cabinet hardware texture and paint walls ceiling and trim is roughly $60k-80k+ depending on material selections. This also includes all design work, selections assistance and any permits needed.
Yes. We can remove and install new mirrors, new fames and matching lighting.
