Updated Review: Kelsey, who I believe is a manager of this location did a great job at remedying an issue regarding a miscommunication that I had about my rental. The company overall is a great company and is started as a family business. While most businesses treat their customers like a number, I'm very pleased that they do take the time to make sure things are being done properly and there's no confusion. I recently was rear ended and am suffering long term injuries and I truly cannot take on any more stress regarding this accident, So it feels good to work with someone who understands this. I think this location has really good customer service and I have had a better experience here than the location in cheektowaga!

While picking up the rental we had some obstacles with the vehicle not being ready or at that location. Kelsey Alois, Assistant Branch Manager was very apologetic and kept me informed of the entire situation. She explained the situation to me and we worked out the details. Within an hour, she had the vehicle delivered, detailed and ready for me to go on my way. She took a bad situation that could have ruined my trip and turned it into a great experience. I was still able to stay on schedule and make it to my destination. She is a great ambassador for Enterprise!

Yes almost all the locations that i have rented has one. But i will suggest you call to find out.
It depends on how you're going to pay for it. When I've used my debit card the security deposit was $300- from Enterprise and$50- from my bank. Both are returned when you return the vehicle and sometimes your bank will refund the next day. I believe if you use a regular card, there isn't a security deposit. Your best bet would be to just call them to get an exact answer. I hope this helps and good luck! BTW, you can't go wrong with Enterprise, they're the best!
