I was really pleased with the salesmanship and the time spent helping me find a pair of work shoes however after 4 months of wear my shoes are falling apart,. After a short time being contacted by the owner and the manager they completely resolved my problem I'm extremely happy and will continue to shop here as I have for many years in the past

I was midway through placing an online order at the register (had my address and name entered and needed my credit card info) when they asked me to step aside so they could cash out "the person behind me." But after they were on their third customer transaction and I was left to keep waiting, I told them to cancel my order and I left. It's my husband's birthday and my time is just as important as the people in line behind me. If an online order is going to hold up a line (which there wasn't a line when we started placing the order) then they need a different system for online orders, or multiple registers to handle doing them at the same time. I'm hoping I can get a similar deal online now because they were on sale in the store but they don't carry many shoes in my size. Giving 3 stars to counter my negative review because my husband had a better experience and was able to get measured and find a pair of shoes he liked and pay for it without waiting. Thanks for replying. I do a lot of online ordering but was told you could help me in the store. If I was told you didn't have time to assist me in an online order I would have left and ordered online but my order was started so I waited. I appreciate the reply so I'll up my stars.
