I was beyond frustrated with my experience. I had to call the main store after nine business days because they didn’t send me an invoice aft my guitar purchase on 7/10. They have to contact a third party and wait another few business days to get an invoice from the manufacturer which didn’t happen till 7/20. The package was suppose to arrive on 7/25 but the manufacturer didn’t put an apartment number on the shipping label that was on the invoice so I had to call guitar factory again. Then, I find out the invoice didn’t include both shipping numbers so I thought I was missing an item when the guitar came on 7/27. I emailed guitar factory again and was then told by Matt Schultz in customer care what the other fedex tracking number was. No apology. Nothing. They took my money and didn’t provide me with timely receipt and I had to contact multiple times just to figure things out. They also don’t explicitly tell you they deal with the manufacturer separately which greatly effects the timeframe you get your order. Also website says delivery with 7-9 business days; I got it 20 or more. I wouldn’t ever advise someone to shop here.
