Absolutely awful services. Doctors are not proactive about anything and don’t vie you the time of day ever. Would not recommend this place to anybody!

I just recently moved my daughter over to WNY pediatric. The encounter I have had with the physicians are great. However did not have great experiences with sick visit. I was on the phone trying to get through to schedule a sick visit for 10 mins before someone picked up. Once the appt was scheduled I was told when I arrived to call the office to check in so I could wait in the car. When I arrived at the office, I immediately called. There was no specific extension to use for sick visit check ins so I continued the call as if I was going to schedule an appt. I waited on the phone for 20 mins before someone answered. I told the receptionist that I was on the phone for 20 mins to check in for a sick visit and she said sorry the phones were really busy. By this time it was 10 mins past the appt time. Another 20 mins later I was finally called in and then had to wait another 10 mins. All in all I did not get out of there with my sick child until 11:10am when my appt was for 10am. If you are going to have people waiting In Their cars for sick appts you should probably have a specific extension for them to call that gets answered immediately. No one should have to wait in a car with their child trying to check in for over 20 mins. And then have to wait another 20 mins to get called in. Really need to reevaluate your sick visit procedures.
