Called Friday to make my fiance and appointment for Saturday and the employee stated the salon would be closed but she was taking appointments Sunday. So I made an appointment Sunday. Sunday morning we drive over an hour to the salon only to find its closed. So we waited for 20 minutes to no avail as no one showed up for the appointment. A phone call canceling the appointment or at the very least telling me that there would be no one there instead of making the appointment would have saved me a 2 hour trip back and forth would have been appreciated. I'm sure they do lovely work but this experience has left a sour taste for me.

I am new to the area and this place is right near my apartment so i decided to give it a try. She was in such a rush the whole time and she hurt my cuticles multiple times because she was working so fast! The polish looks sloppy and it was WAY too expensive for the service i received. I will not be going back.
