I placed an application for hire at TI. I spoke with Guisela a few times. She sent an email stating that I was a good fit. She stated that she would walk me thru their process to make sure amI got everything correct. I told her to let me make a dry run to the building so when I came in for interview, I would know where I was headed. After I did that, I called her to give her the update. She asked what I did for the place I correctly work for. I explained what it incurred. Then out of the blue she said she didn’t want to waste my time and that I might be over qualified. Hold on. How can a person be over qualified for a position never worked? In addition to that, the post said NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. She then asked about my data entry experience and rerouted me to Daniel. He asked what was I looking to be paid. I walked right into that one. They offered $4 less than I stated. Amazing. Very disappointed.
