Clean rooms. Walls seem good. I don't recall any noise. Bed was very comfortable. Free airport shuttles but night shuttle took 45 minutes despite the fact I called twice. Other hotel vans passed me twice as I waited. The morning driver yelled at me because I was 3 minutes late and continued yelling when I looked at him and wouldn't respond. Business degree, huh?

Room was Clean, all the staff super friendly. What made my stay better, waiter/bar tender Tom Ly's services after a long day at work. Professional, efficient, and very friendly. He is a one man show! It was nice to meet you Tom!

The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Loved how bright the bathroom was. Heard a lot of noise from the floor above. Wish the patio area was in use - it was a lovely space.

We arrived on Sunday, February, 13, 2022 around 5:30pm. We were very disappointed with the level of service we received here. 1. We booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle, but it wasn't until after arriving that we were informed shuttle doesn't start until 7am. 2. We processed a mobile check-in with the possibility of complementary upgrades, because we have Marriott gold status, and we waited for 2 hours, but the mobile check-in never notified us of our room being ready. It wasn't until we went to the front desk that we finally got our keys and the desk agent said something about the category of room we booked might not have been available. However, they put us in the same room we booked and no upgrades were offered with our gold status. 3. We ordered some extra pillows and bathroom amenities, waited 1 hour, and the status changed from 'in-process' to closed, but we never received any of the requested amenities. We were really hoping for some extra pillows as the ones we received are paper thin. There was also no communication that our amenities would not be delivered. 4. Finally, after inquiring about the status of the extra pillows on our own, we were informed there was no housekeeping available. There was no communication from the hotel until we made an inquiry. I guess it's all self-service. That communication sure would have been nice before it was too late and we just went to sleep feeling defeated. Takeaways--don't book if your a Marriott gold member hoping for upgrades, don't book if you don't have too much time to sit around and wait for updates on your check-in, don't book if you value good customer service, housekeepin, & communication, and don't book if you don't like to sleep with very little pillow support for your head and neck.

If you intended to ask if anyone knows a better way to contact room services, no there isn't... I lived at that place for a week and enjoyed my stay, however, the staff is SO overworked it isn't funny.. bare bones staff means guests have to do some legwork...
