Decent hotel, EXCEPT, that they use plastic mattress covers on their beds and it feels like you are sleeping on a bed that has been soiled by every other prior guest.

Made a reservation because we were attending a party in Minocqua. The party started at 5:30. Check in time is 3:00. We came from out of state and we were happy we would be able to have time to get ready. Didn't happen!!! Our room wasn't cleaned until after 5:00. We were literally getting ready in front of housekeeping. This also caused us to be late to the event. Didn't even get an apology.

This place is VERY outdated, everything is old, the pillows and the beds are awful, the VERY thing comforter (if that's what it's supposed to be) is extremely thin, bring your own blanket. The bathroomwas so small you could barely turn around, love getting out of the shower and my clean leg touching the toilet! BUT the one good thing was the lady working the breakfast buffet, I didn't catch her name. But super friendly, she literally was the only good thing about our stay.

Super clean hotel central located from several different amenities! Firm beds, very nice pool, very hot hot tub, great breakfast and a super friendly staff! I highly recommend stopping here!
