The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff on the other hand was rude. I called every line possible to get a blanket and pillow brought up, there was no answer any where. Eventually I had to go down to the front desk. Inconvenient.

If you intended to ask if anyone knows a better way to contact room services, no there isn't... I lived at that place for a week and enjoyed my stay, however, the staff is SO overworked it isn't funny.. bare bones staff means guests have to do some legwork...
