Top notch work by the team! Really enjoyed the entire experience. I explained the story behind the picture and what I was thinking regarding colors/frames...and they took care of the rest. They walked me thru the design options and what would work best. They have a huge inventory of frames and matting. Even completed the project a day before expected. They really made this gift to my wife a special moment. You guys rock! Great work! Also, if you stop by, be sure to pet the dog...he's super nice.

I wanted only the best for my hubby’s retirement gift! I called 5 frame shops but none were able to deliver or didn’t have experience with military shadow boxes. Therefore, I decided to give Fort Worth Framers a call and they made me feel comfortable with the process. Their customer service was outstanding! The military retirement shadow box was a success. Victoria, our hours are 10-6 Mon. - Fri. 10-5 Sat. Closed Sun. And yes you are welcome to come in with a mask at anytime.
Karen, the short answer is, yes. The amount of time that an artist puts into a cross stitch makes them invaluable, so we treat them with the utmost care. We have a number cross stitch clubs, and individuals that we frame for. And they always seem ready to recommend us to others. Between the 3 of us we have a combined framing experience of 60 years.
On the average we like a week. However we can and do quit often do custom framing quicker. Thou waiting for a few hours to have "lots" of paper awards, depends on you.
