PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW: THE BAD: I tried for days to get my car from Carmax. I had everything they needed but there were so many "technical" difficulties from the remote sales team. They were extremely unprofessional, said that I couldn't possibly be "too busy" to drive an HOUR to the store to do everything in person. My call was dropped 20+ times, every time a rep got "stuck" and needed to speak with a manger.. they hung up on me which made me start the process all over again. The car they also tried to sell me had accidents my insurance agent said weren't on the Carfax. Extremely unprofessional remote team. THE GOOD: With the 3 days of headaches I dealt with, with the remote team.. Darel (Sales Guy) and T (Sales Manager) fixed everything. They were able to quickly do the finance app, get everything scheduled, got the errors fixed, set up a home delivery, and pick up of my trade-in. They made the process so easy and I'm so pleased with their professionalism, quickness, and diligence. Summary: For all those considering buying a car from this Carmax, please do not contact the customer service team to get it done over the phone. It will be very complex and unprofessional.. go in the store and deal with the staff in person. I was determined on never buying a car from Carmax again after dealing with the CSR team... BUT Darel and T changed my mind. Good Job!

You'll take the car and get it appraised by a buyer, the offer is good for 7 days, if you want to sell it at that day make sure to have a title in hand if you dont owe money on the vehicle. The sales consultant will be able to help and so will the buyers (they are the ones appraising then car) hope this helps!
They did not accept my registration. Could someone from Car max contact me?
I would check their website for local inventory and call and speak with a sales consultant, they'll be able to help you way more than any guide on google will be able to.
