Great! I usually have an appointment and they have a shuttle that will take you back home or wherever, within 15 miles, i think. When your car is done, they will pick you up.

Usually they would have towed in. Depends on yr make and model

If you get the warranty on the car its free ,all maintenance work on the car is free ,even tire rotation,and flats,i know it happened to me ,good thing i got it
