I called to inquire about their stock and the availability. The fellow I was spoke with was very short and and sounded as if I were bothering him, or as if he had better things to do. I thanked him for his time and he literally responded with “Bye!” Definitely not doing business with this company. From the recent comments I just read, it seems that this is their normal treatment of their customers.

We usually get our trim through this company. I've run base through the whole house. All 1/2 inch base. Get to the last few pieces now they're all 3/8 instead. I guess the days of pride and inspection on people's work are over. Should be proud to do what you do. If you can't be proud and do things right then find something else I say. Thanks yall.
