I was a patient of Dr. Vuong who was very nice and helpful. However bc of the extremely rude staff the doctors have working for them, I will not return or recommend this office to ANYONE. I will also be reporting this type of treatment to my pain management doctor who recommended them to me. They said I needed to pay a bill of $85 which we never never received. I told them I didn’t have a credit card and that my husband never received a bill. They told me I need to pay. Are they so strap for cash that they needed my $85? Laughable. I asked them to print out the bill for me. It was dated Jan 5! 2 weeks prior to my visit. This tall blonde lady came around and said I needed to pay the bill to be seen. But I had already told them I didn’t have a CC with me. Another issue is HOW this lady was speaking to me, a patient. If I had a business let alone a doctors office and I heard this person speak to a patient, I would FIRE THEM. She had no customer service or understanding of the situation. I left and will never return. It’s unfortunate bc Dr. Vuong was so nice.

Dr Gruber has been my doctor for over 10 years. With his special, caring treatment I am able to fully function pain free. Dr Gruber’s knowledge is unquestionable. The office is always clean and welcoming. His staff is top notch and friendly. I never feel rushed when talking to Dr Gruber or his associates. I always receive a prompt response with my calls and questions. I feel extremely fortunate to have Dr Gruber as my Rheumatologist. I highly recommend Dr Gruber.

the. staff. is so unfriendly. really do not like going there. Dr.is ok but finding someone new. do not like having to make. a teleprompt appt to get an appt with doctor. They charge Medicare for a visit to. make appt. sound ok to you?
