ZERO STARS!!! horrible horrible customer service!!! They don’t care 🤷🏻‍♀️ attitude… I have bought from them several times and never had an issue with them until recently. My daughter‘s baptism was supposed to be September 18 unfortunately my son came down with strep throat and I had to cancel the whole party. I had already picked up the cupcakes that we ordered and they were beautiful. We paid $55 for them. I rescheduled my daughters baptism for this weekend, which is about 2 weeks later. I called them to tell them what had happened and they told me the price would be $75… Which doesn’t make sense because it was only two weeks ago… I understand that prices can change and ingredients can get more expensive but it was only two weeks ago. Then I told him I’m not paying that and I have the receipt from the last time that it only cost $55 and then they said OK how about $60? NOPE 👎🏼 now I refuse to do business with a bakery that would do that to their customers!!! Horrible people!!!
