Excellent Customer service, the front desk Woman who checked us in Is a huge Asset to this hotel! She's an African American woman and just couldn't be friendlier or do more for us , I pray She's recognized and Compensated for being a great Hyatt Employee! Hotel is under some renovation but very nice, spacious rooms, late night food and an excellent Continental Breakfast. I would more than recommend this property for overnight near the airport!

Positive things about this hotel: the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and the front desk staff do their best (although they seemt o do everything from checking you in to serving in the restaurant). For the rest the hotel is tired and past its best. One of the two lifts was broken when we arrived and despite workmen attending was never fixed (we stayed four nights). The dining area is just some tables in the reception area. The hotel policy is to change bed linen every three days (no problem with that) but the housekeeping staff seem to think this means they don't ever need to go in your room so towels don't get replaced and beds don't get made, rooms don't get cleaned and bins aren't emptied. After the first time this happened we requested specifically that housekeeping refresh both our rooms. They managed to do one room for the final two nights but the other room was never touched in four days. We collected new towels ourselves from the front desk! We stayed for the Indy 500 weekend so the hotel was busy but also very expensive - so all in all not good value for money.

Positive: Not a whole lot. Probably the only thing good about it is you get hot showers. Negative: Beware! This is not your normal Hyatt standard. This looks like Hyatt purchased a rundown hotel and now is trying to renovate it and slap the Hyatt name on top of it. Highly not recommended. Lobby does not exist and it¿s under renovation. It¿s dust
