I booked a large group for a sporting event. Leo and Dustin took great initiative and used their expertise to make check in for twelve rooms very simple and fast. There were no issues with changing cards or putting people into different rooms. These two really helped make a busy week more enjoyable. The rest of the staff, from assistant managers to house keeping to breakfast, were kind and helpful. They kept the rooms and breakfast/ lobby area clean and very nice. Thank you to this team for making a complicated event easier to manage and enjoy.

Make sure to check your bedding before you lay down. Pulled comforter back and this wonderful blood stain was on the sheets and mattress pad. To top it off, when I called and informed the front desk he would not provide me new sheets/bedding until I brought the soiled bedding down to the front desk. Advised day shift and was promised a call by the manager reporting at 3 pm and have yet to hear from anyone at the location…it’s been 5 days. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

We have stayed at this same location twice now. One for a softball tournament and one for a dance competition. The first one we had nothing bad to say whatsoever. We hung out in lobby with other softball parents and the staff was super friendly and inviting. During our stay this past weekend there were just a couple things I could complain about as far as house keeping. Our conditioner bottle had shampoo, our shower curtain didn't have the double liner to prevent water escaping the tub creating water puddles after my kids showered before realizing the problem. These are honest mistakes! However....the staff very quickly worked to fix this even though it was clear they were busy and understaffed. I would recommend staying here and will be staying here in the future myself.

Positive: The staff was absolutely wonderful/friendly! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel...there was always someone sanitizing. Breakfast was also great...my kids loved the pancake machine! Rooms were cleaned daily and done well. Negative: The pool room was cold which of course made the pool very cold.
