Rooms looking nothing like the pictures. Smells super bad, asked them if they could clean it out they said it is clean. They gave us some spray to mask the smell which then made it smell like dirty dog and smoke mixed with the air freshener. They offered to switch rooms but the other room was worse than the first room. I asked them if dogs were staying in the room they said no that they are only in one hall which was on the opposite side of which we were staying and the people across the hall from us had dogs. Webs on the walls, bugs, and hair in the sinks. A fight broke out in one of the rooms, a lady screaming her head off, and the staff did nothing to make sure her or others staying at the hotel were safe. Oh and $100 deposit that they did not mention when we reserved our room. The pool was shut down. Very uncomfortable stay, and they did not care, filthy hotel. No hospitality at all. They just want money and don’t care about the rooms condition at all. I wish I could post the smell on this review. I would’ve rather slept in my car but I had kids with me. I wish I could give negative stars for this hotel. Oh and the staff weren’t even wearing presentable clothes.

Very spacious and clean room bed. Nice room layout and hotel clean and Quiet overall. Even with renovations, not full of people running in and out. Had a pool but wish the pool was indoors and the nightly pets fee was a little lower. But really liked they accepted pets so openly. Wish they had a little figure park and it had perfect room for that in back. Overall 4.8 stars

We had this hotel because we needed a place to stay for the night. We thought that they would be a good place because they have the Wingate label. I will say that the hotel needs lots of improvement. The hallways were dirty and could use a vacuuming. The rooms were clean but nothing extravagant. The TV in my room had problems needs to be replaced. And the continental breakfast was nonexistent. They did have a plate to make Belgian waffles, but they didn't have the mix or even plates to eat one on. Coffee was weak if anything, didn't have anything in the refrigerator, apple juice seem to be watered down. If you're looking for a hotel I would suggest looking for something else. But I guess that's what you get when you have foreign ownership. Don't waste your time with this one.

Where do I even begin with how terrible this hotel was. One of the exiting doors did not lock, they did not have any towels to send to our room, the refrigerator and microwave were lopsided and the fridge makes a terrible wheezing sound it also was not clean. There was an issue with the hotel manager cussing out someone down the hall because the man had obtained a master key and was going in and out of rooms, yeah that made me feel real safe. The key cards on the door do not work well. If I was ever being chased because the side doors do not lock I’d be better off running outside because it takes me 3-5 minutes to get into my room. The women at check in was rude. Was not wearing a uniform. Instead was wearing a giant winter coat like she couldn’t wait to leave and was clearly annoyed. She did not know how to explain the 100 dollar fee that was not included when booking on the website.(Now 2 weeks after my stay my money is just now being refunded to my card after having to call and talk to the hotel. I was told the manager would be calling me back but they never did instead the money refunded to my card a few days after I was told the manager would be calling me back). The hallways smell weird as if they are trying to cover up another smell. This place needs to be shut down and put under new management and remodeled. It’s disgusting. They never had breakfast out. I wouldn’t have ate it but it still would have been nice to have the option. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my belongings in the room while we were gone. We would have been better off staying in our car.
