The Enterprise staff at Hartford-Springfield airport were quick and efficient to check-in and provide a vehicle very quickly, especially with recent times of pandemic and lack of rental car availability everywhere

The driving experience was okay. My problem was after my drop off my credit card deposit of 400 dollars was kept on hold from 9/3/22-9/22/22??? Called no answers the credit card company blamed enterprise and Enterprise blamed AMEX and vice versa for 10+ days. Make sure when you use your credit card you use one you will not be needing for 10+ days because they surrender your deposit 10-20 days pass the car rental agreement terms. Their car was returned as agreed but not my deposit that was held over 10+ days pass rental bill closing.

Long line at 4:50am. No kiosks available to use. However Austin was very helpful and had excellent customer service.

Enterprise raises the standard and sets the bar! I traveled in between Connecticut (BDL Airport) and Rhode Island with a seamless transition! When I initially picked up my car, the process was so quick and efficient that I almost felt as though maybe the representative missed a step! I was given a good selection of vehicles to choose from and was very pleased with the overall condition of the car. When I arrived to turn in the keys and vehicle, staff was not only there to greet me, (at 5 a.m.) but took the extra initiative to assist me with my luggage all the way to the airport check-in! I couldn’t be more impressed with the efficiency, service and overall standard of excellence. You’ve just gained a loyal customer! ~Jacqueline Norwood-Hall
