Ordered something online and it arrived to their shipping center within days. Ever since they kept rescheduling my deliver now going on for 2 weeks since its been in town. They guaranteed me it should’ve been delivered and everyday they push it back even more. Very unprofessional staff and mangers said package should of been delivered. Only God knows where my package.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Waiting on a package for 3 days in my car all day because supposedly I missed the first attempt of delivery that never happened. Im not understanding how you guy can't find a street, do you not have an navigation system? I give my number and a brief description of the building. No call and no package, while calling 1 800 gofedex I get promised my call and my package for 3 days and get neither. I'm highly upset about this situation. Then get a message call 1 800 gofexed like I haven't been calling yall for 3 days.

The address could have been incorrect. The courier returned past the cut off time to the station. The airbill was missing critical information. FedEx messed up..... Anything is possible.

You could also call them and ask them to ship it to location near your home. And they would hold the package in that location for five days

FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver the your shipment to the destination address. If all these three delivery attempts fail, it will be held at their shipment center for you to pick up for a certain number of days (I do not exactly remember how many days) before being sent back to the sender's address.
