I would give zero star if I can. It is really a terrible experience when I took Jetblue. The airplane was delayed for over 3 hours before the boarding started. And we were forced to sit in the airplane waiting forever for the plane to take off. After 1 hour it finally took off and landed. I thought it would be the end of the nightmare, but we were again forced to wait for the door to be opened because the staff cannot find the gate. Additional 1-2 hour was wasted. Although I have planned 6 hours ahead it still could not prevent me from missing two of my shuttles. I would recommend anyone who wants to consider jetblue to think twice.

Worst airline ever. I booked a package on jetblue stated full refund. jetblue refuse to refund and the customer support hang up on me.

Nice and clean airport. The security is awesome and the same way very kind and respectful. Very professional and organized.

You can cancel the flight but you only get a travel credit with jet blue unless you purchased the travel insurance
