I cannot say enough good things about Behavioral innovations Rowlett! This was our first experience with ABA and trusting our little one to someone else and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made! ABA has been life changing for our son. I walk in the door and know my child is loved and valued! My son has made such big strides because of the therapists and their programs. I wish I could give them 100 stars!

My son has been going here for ABA therapy since the summer of 2018, and we really enjoy all of the staff and therapists here. They all work very hard, and always greet the kids (and the parents!) with a smile. The turnover for therapists isn't too bad, just seasonal. Many of the therapists do eventually decide to take their experience in ABA elsewhere, such as public schools, to work with even more special needs kiddos. Overall, if you have a child with autism who struggles with anything from language, to social skills, to self-help, to school readiness, you should visit this therapy center. The BCBA does a wonderful job working with the parents and assessing each child to figure out what the current and long term goals are for each child, and the therapists all do a great job patiently teaching and building those skills with the kids.

We accept state-sponsored plans like Medicaid at all our centers in Oklahoma and Colorado.
We have a dedicated team of billing specialists that will work with the insurance carriers on claims.
Policy coverage depends on the location. While we are in-network with most major carriers, state-sponsored plans depend on the center location.
We will work with just about any insurance company to cover the treatment of your child. However, coverage depends on your plan and approval from the insurance carrier. We will work with your carriers to identify eligibility and maximum benefits approved. We will tell you the exact copay and deductible that your insurance plan offers.
We follow a center-based model as it gives us more opportunities to interact with children in their environment. We do offer telehealth options on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team to learn more.
After we confirm eligibility based on age and insurance, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts conduct an initial consultation. This is typically a 3-4 hour evaluation completed in one of our centers. This evaluation will serve as the basis for a personalized treatment plan specific to your child’s needs.
Hi Allison. Unfortunately, Medicaid will not pay for our services. We hope that this will change in the future but as of right now, we can only accept commercial insurances like Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, etc.
