Expect them to answer the phone after hours and then when you say what you are calling for (because they answered the phone in the first place) they tell you "We're closed, you'll have to call back tomorrow for that." If you are closed, DON'T ANSWER IN THE FIRST PLACE!

For the Vision Center you dont need one but for the eye exam, you do.
The Vision Center is open from Mon-Sat from 9am-8pm Sun 12pm- 5pm
